Crock Pot Pulled Pork That Will Amaze!

This is the perfect pulled pork recipe.  It is easy, tasty and will completely amaze anyone you serve it too.  Besides my salsa, this is my most requested dish!  You make it up in the crock pot but it tastes like you had it in the smoker all day!

Gather up your ingredients: Pork, water, rub (your favorite kind) , liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce and vegetable oil (I forgot to include those two in the pic!).  I used boston butt for this but I have done it with tenderloin, boneless ribs and boneless chops...just about any kind of pork will turn out mouthwatering good!

Rub the rub into the pork real good.  Really get in there and use your muscles! I put down foil cause I'm a messy rubber haha.

You will end up with something like this.  You want to cover the whole piece of pork.

Put the pork in a plastic bag.  I have these twist tie bags from Walmart and they work great.  I have also used plastic shopping bags doubled up! You just want it to be airtight and not leak all over your fridge.

Using that brown twine makes me happy!  Also, I lost all the twist ties for my bags.  Put this in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours to let all the spices mix good.

After that time, put the rest of the ingredients in your crock pot and put the pork in fat side up.  Isn't that beautiful?  Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Look at this delicious thing.  Yours should look similar when it is finished.

Take it a piece at a time and use two forks to shred it apart.  Get it as fine or as thick as you like.
